论高校校园文化的育人功能

高校校园文化是高校在建设发展过程中逐渐积淀形成的精神内核和特色文化。在育人方面,高校校园文化对在校大学生具有价值导向功能、规范约束功能、情操陶冶功能、身心调节功能,直接影响着大学生的价值取向、道德水平、审美情趣、文化修养。因此,在实现高校育人功能的过程中,必须充分发挥校园文化的育人功能,不断加强高校的精神文化建设、制度文化建设、基础平台建设,开展形式多样的校园活动,从而不断探索培养高素质人才的新途径。

College campus culture is the spiritual core and unique culture gradually forming in the construction and development of uni-versities. In terms of education, the effects of college campus culture posed on the universities students are shown in the functions of value orientating, behaviors regulating, sentiments cultivating and physical and mental adjusting, which directly affects students＇value orientation, moral quality, aesthetic taste and cultural cultivation. Therefore, in the process of achieving the educational function of u-niversities, we need to give full play to the educational function of college campus culture, to continuously reinforce the construction of spiritual culture, regulation culture and the foundation platform, to carry out various campus activities and to make unremitting endeavor to explore new approaches of training high-quality talents.
