| 摘 要： | 老年人分享改革发展成果,是指老年人在我国改革和发展中应依法取得精神与物质利益.一方面老年人在客观面对既得分享利益的同时,也要发展地理解分享,另一方面社会与组织在发展的前提下,也应当不断研究老年人分享改革发展成果的稳定性与渐进性,既寻找平衡,又打破平衡,与时俱进.这不仅是我国政治、经济、文化发展与社会稳定的需要,也是构建和谐社会的必然要求.

| Abstract: | The achivements of reform and development sharing by the old includes the spirit and material interests.Having shared the interests they got,the old should understand the sharing developmentally.With the development,the society and government should research the stability and development of sharing,break up the old balance to look for the new balance.This is not only the request of the development of politics,economic and culture,but also the request of the construction of the harmonious society. |
