| 摘 要： | 科学发展提出坚持以人为本的核心价值理念,既是对中外思想史的"民本"、"人本"思想的批判继承,也是对马克思主义人本思想的丰富和发展。其理论创新之处在于,从时代发展潮流以及中国所处社会主义初级阶段的现实出发,以"现实的人"为出发点,深刻阐述以人为本新思想、新观点,紧紧围绕发展为了人民,发展依靠人民,发展成果由人民共享一崭新理念,形成建设中国特色社会主义的创新思路。

| Abstract: | The Scientific Outlook on Development put forward human-orientated core value concept which not only critically inherit "people-oriented thoughts" and "Humanist Thought" in the history of human thought,but also enriches and develops the Marxist humanistic thought.The innovation lies in that taking into consideration the development trend of times and China’s reality in the primary stage of socialism it elaborates profoundly people-oriented new thoughts,new ideas.Based on the new idea of "Development for the people,by the people,and the achievements of development should be shared by the people",it forms the innovative ideas of building socialism with Chinese characteristics |
