| 摘 要： | 理论界有一种观点认为，党的十七大报告所提出的初次分配也要讲公平，是一种“唯效率论”公平观。事实上，初次分配公平并非“唯效率论”公平。“唯效率论”公平观是新自由主义经济学公平观；不符合社会主义公平效率观的要求；不能用来指导解决我国初次分配不公平问题.

| Abstract: | Theorists have a point of view,the 17th Congress of the Party proposed initial distribution also required to have a fair,which is only the argument of efficiency.In fact,the fairness of initial distribution is not equal to the fairness of efficiency.The latter is an perspective from neo-liberal economics,and it donesn't meet the requirements of the socialist concept of Equity and Efficiency.We can't use it to give guidance on resolving the issue of unfairness in the initial distribution in China. |
