| 摘 要： | 与人交流能力是从所有职业活动的工作能力中抽象出来，具有普遍适应性和可迁移性的一种核心能力，是大学生日常生活以及今后从事各种职业必备的社会能力。开展大学生与人交流能力培养的教学实践，不仅能够增强他们当众讲话的自信心，锻炼性格，而且能够提高他们交谈讨论和当众讲演的能力，对今后求职就业和职业发展具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Taken from the working abilities of all the professional activities, as a core ability of universal adaptability and transferability, communication ability is one social ability essential to the college students＂ daily life and their future careers. To develop the teaching practice on communication ability cultivation for college students can not only strengthen their confi- dence in public speech, temper their character, but enhance their capability in conversations and public speech, which has important significance in their future job application and career development. |
