论网络时代大学英语教学的困境与出路

近几年，大学英语教学应时代的要求积极做出改进，但由于各方面原因，国内仍然缺乏对网络与大学英语教学系统性研究。理论研究滞后，实践缺乏科学的评价激励制度，使大学英语教学仍处在茫然的摸索当中。针对现状，本文提出了四点建议：树立教育信息化带动教育现代化的观念，健全评价与激励制度，加强对教师专业知识与能力的再培训，设立专门的机构对全国高校英语教育的整体进行规划和教学设计，各个高校设立相应组织呼应。

Problems and solution of college English teaching in the internet age

With the requirement of Internet, college English teaching （CET） should make some improvements. However, due to various reasons, it still lacks a systematic study between network and CET in domestic. Because of theory research is always lagging and scientific evaluation and incentive institution is not suitabl~ for practice, these make CET is still in a loss of explo- ration. For the status, four suggestions have been proposed. First, the conception of educational modernization promoted by educational information should be established. Second, improve the evaluation and incentive institution. Third, professional knowledge and competence of training for teacher should be strengthened. Last, it should establish a specialized institution which can make program and instructional design for CET.
