| 摘 要： | 培养创新人才是高校的根本任务.但思想观念的滞后、师资和教育投资的缺乏、教学管理的不完善,以及学校的办学特色和学生个性发展的局限性等,制约了高校创新人才的培养。我们应当针对当前创新教育存在的问题,切实采取促进创新教育的对策,进一步深入开展创新教育的探索和实践。
