摘    要:道家提出的“无为而治”是其政治伦理思想的核心 ,其目的是想用“无为”的手段 ,让统治者效法天道 ,自然无为 ,以达到“无不为”的目的。“无为而治”是治国之道 ,养生之道 ,也是教育之道 ,教育中的“无为而治” ,既是教育教学的一种理念 ,也是一种策略。作为一种教育理念 ,“无为而治”是指在教育教学过程中 ,顺应学生的成长规律 ,减少不必要的干预 ,不做徒劳无益甚至揠苗助长的事 ,使“无为”与“有为”达到最佳统一 ,从而使主体教育的实施达到最佳的效果

Abstract:The Taoist puts forward Non-Punishment Administration is the core of its political ethics thought,its purpose is a means to want to use Actionless ,letting the ruler follow example of the God's way,the uenatr has no for,with purpose that attain the Action.Non-Punishment Administration is way of ruling the country,way of keeping good health,is also a way of education,educate the inside of Non-Punishment Administration is matter that the regulation of growth to point in educate teaching process,adjust the student,reduce the otiose interfering,not do all one's attempts proved futile,even try to help the saplings grow by pulling them upward,making Actionless with Action attain to unify best,in order to make the practice of subject education attaining the best result.
