| Abstract: | The cultivation of citizens 'modern legal consciousness and the propulsion of the modernization of citizens' legal consciousness become an important and indispensable part of the implementation of the strategy of "rule of law" and a fundamental project in the construction of the socialist legal state.This paper analyzes some misunderstanding of legal consciousness,and suggests opinions about how to cultivate the legal consciousness of citizens. |
