高等师范院校教育“实习——实训示范区”建设探究

教育实习是高等师范院校师范教育专业的重要教学环节,是师范生理论联系实际,促进其适应中小学新课程改革的有效途径。新形势下,以实习工作的开展为切入点,采取文献资料法、个别访谈法、问卷调查法和数据分析法,针对目前高师院校教育实习的现状,以哈尔滨师范大学为例,提出建设教育实习——实训示范区,以保证教育实习的质量及高师院校与基础教育的双向互动,进而促进师范生的专业成长。

An Exploration on the Construction of "Demonstration Area of Education Practice and Training" in Higher Normal Universities

Educational practice is an important teaching step in education major in Normal Universities,and it is also an effective way to help normal school students to build the link between theory and practice,to adapt to the new curriculum reform in middle and primary school. In the new situation,based on the teaching practice,by means of the literature material,the personal interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,according to the current situation of educational practice in the higher normal universities,the research takes Harbin Normal University as an example to construct＂Demonstration Area of Education Practice and Training,in order to guarantee the quality of the educational practice aiming at a＂win-win＂and＂co-operative＂progress from both higher schools and primary quality education,to promote professional development of the students from normal universities.
