Multi-dimensional thinking about job burnout of university counseling teachers

The reasons that result in job burnout of university counseling teachers are those five contradictions.they are contradictions of more students who want to obtain help and less counseling teachers,of higher requirement of counseling and lower quality of counseling teachers,of too much investment in counseling including teacher,body and mental and lower repayment,of higher requirement of healthy personality of counseling teachers and their present personality defect,and of special professional requirement of counseling and the need of counseling teachers themselves.fherefore,the settle tactics are these three aspects: face job burnout directly,strengthen consciousness and improve ability of self-examination,establish valid social sustain networks.
