| 摘 要： | 现金是企业流动性最强的资产,现金管理的好坏关系到企业资金的周转、资金使用效率,而一些单位的现金管理制度又不健全,这样使贪污挪用公款等违法行为变得有机可乘。文章对企业现金的管理目标、管理措施进行了阐述,希望能够为企业现金的管理提供有益的参考。

| Abstract: | Cash is a fast-flowing capital fund in a business.Cash management affects the fund circulation and fund efficiency,but some businesses show complete lack of cash policy,therefore fund use misappropriation correspondingly happens.Here the paper illustrates the cash management objectives and the measures we should take,which will be a profitable reference for the business cash management. |
