| 摘 要： | 卢作孚是一位乡村现代化的探索者和实干家。在重庆北碚地区,进行了中国西部地区乡村现代化的成功尝试,开创了中国近代乡村建设的"北碚现象"。对经济、文化、环境和人的重视,是卢作孚乡村现代化最鲜明的特色。他关于建设"生产的、文化的、游览的区域"的理想与规划;以治理社会秩序为先导,以经济建设为中心,全面开展文化建设和社会公共建设的乡村现代化模式;以及以人为本,延揽和培养乡村建设人才的用人方略,是北碚乡村现代化取得成功的最重要的因素。
