摘    要:师资是民族地区农村教育发展的重要因素.以广西某少数民族自治县为例,农村的师资无论与当地县城比,还是与全区同级水平相比,都显得不足.根据核心-边缘理论,从经济、社会两个空间维度对其进行深入分析,发现民族地区农村师资在经济空间上处于双二元结构中最不利的一元,社会空间根植性不强.因此,建议中央结合新农村建设,设立增强民族地区农村师资力量的基金;根据农村教师的工作环境制订相应的岗位津贴;更好地运用市场规律来招聘教师;设法增强农村师资的根植性.

Abstract:Teaching staff are the most important factors to develop the education of the rural ethnic regions.The teaching staff in the rural area of County B is seriously insufficient,comparing with the central town,or with the areas of the equal level of the whole province.According to the Core-Margin theory,and the deep analysis from the two spaces of economy and society,it is found that the teaching staff in the rural ethnic regions is in the most unfavorable condition in the economic space,thus its rooted feature is not strong in social space.Therefore,it is suggested that the Central Government establish fund to strengthen the teaching staff of the rural ethnic regions by combining with the construction of the new countryside,lay out relevant work allowance according to the rural working condition,and employ teaching staff by well using marketing law,so as to increase the rooted feature of the rural teaching staff.
