教师专业发展的意义探寻

摘    要:教师专业发展具有多方面的意义。从其社会作用来看 ,教师专业发展是我国实施科教兴国战略的重要保证 ,是凸显知识经济时代文化资本价值、在全社会形成尊师重教良好风气的必要条件 ,同时昭示社会从传统向现代转变、中国正在积极融入世界 ;从其对教育本身的影响来看 ,教师专业发展是教师教育对基础教育改革的主动回应 ,必将极大提高我国基础教育的质量 ,且由于教师专业发展的提出 ,解决了教师教育的方向问题 ,加快了教师教育法制化进程 ,促进教师个人素质的不断提高 ,推动教育理论的创新 ,因而成为引领教师教育发展的一面旗帜

Abstract:There are varieties of significance in teachers specialtization development.In the view of its social function,teachers specialization development is the vital guarantee for implementation of the strategy to prosper our country through vitalizing science and education,which highlights the cultural capital value in knowledge_economy epoch and brings out all over the country the pleasant atmosphere in esteeming teachers and valuing education.This proclaims to the world that China is identifying herself with the outside world,and is transforming from tradition to modernity;From the point of its influence upon education,teachers specialization development is an active response in teaching to elementary education reform,which is bound to elevate greatly the quality of elementary education,to orientate the education of teachers,to hasten the process of the education of teachers and to constantly promote individual quality as well as to impel the innovation of educational theory,thereby becoming a banner which directs the development of teachers' education.
