| 摘 要： | 把法制建设与道德建设、依法治国与以德治国结合起来 ,需要从哲理上弄清二者的关系。我们应当从市场经济、思想路线、文化传统、政治优势、道德功能、依法行政等六个方面认识依法治国与以德治国的辩证关系。
