随着信息时代的到来，网络舆情作为一种新兴的舆情表达方式在现实社会中发挥着越来越重要的作用。网络舆情是一种通过互联网络以及高新信息传播工具来实现主体言论发表、情绪表达和观点阐发的表现形式。与传统舆情表达方式相比较，它具有了一些明显不同的特质，产生的影响也是积极正向和消极负面同时并存。大学生作为网络舆情的主要参与群体，由于自身的一些群体性特征，其网络伦理道德往往受到网络舆情的极大影响。这就使得加强网络舆情研究及监管对引导大学生树立正确的网络伦理道德具有了重大的意义。

On the Principles of Implementing Dialogue Teaching

With the development of educational reform, dialogue teaching has been gaining its popularity in our country. However, some teachers are not able to grasp ＂the real meaning of dialogue teaching. As a result, there exist many misunderstandings about dialogue teaching and there are some so-called dialogue teachings. This article talks about the principles of implementing dialogue teaching in terms of the curriculum, the teaching procedure, the relationship and status between the teachers and the students, the learning method and the classroom environment.
