广西推进九年义务教育中出现的新问题及其思考

广西在普及九年义务教育中取得了很大的成绩 ,但是教育事业的发展与教育投入 ,尤其是政府投入不足 ,使广西义务教育在推进过程中面临一些突出问题 :义务教育完成率低 ,办学条件达标率低 ,教师队伍素质不高 ,办学水平在低位运行 ,推进素质教育困难重重 ,而这种现状主要集中在广大的农村地区 ,形成了农村地区低素质的人口沉淀。要彻底解决这种现象必须依靠各级政府加大对义务教育的投入 ,切实保障农村义务教育健康发展。

New Issues of Popularization of the Guangxi Nine-year Compulsory Education and some Reflections

Great achievement has been made in the Guangxi nine-year compulsory education,but education development and investment,not least of the inadequate investment by government,made the compulsory education confront some protrusive problems such as low performance rate,low standard reaching rate as to running school conditions,inferior teaching staffs and lower level of school operation,all of which have set back the popularization of stuff education and largely distributed in rural areas causing large population of low stuff.To solve this problem,more investment in education should be made by authorities to ensure the healthy development of compulsory education in rural areas.
