教师职业生涯高原结构模型的建构

摘    要:教师职业生涯高原是教师在其职业生涯发展的某一阶段中出现的职业进步如晋升、流动等的停滞所引发的心理与行为状态。它与教师个体的职业经历有着必然的联系。通过对中小学教师的开放式问卷调查结果的编码分析,揭示出教师职业生涯高原是由内容高原、趋中高原和层级高原及其子系统组成的一个多维度、多层次的结构系统。

Abstract:Teachers' career plateau is a psychological and behavioral state caused by stagnation of career progress such as promotion, position shift etc. in a certain phase during their career development, which has an inevitable relation with individual career experience. By coding analysis to the open question- naire drawn from primary and middle school teachers, we discover that teachers' career plateau is a multi-dimensional and multi-layer structure system, which consist of centralized plateau, content plateau, multi-layer plateau and their subsystem.
