| 摘 要： | 针对我国国有企业业绩评价体系存在的问题，借鉴西方业绩评价的研究成果，结合我国国有企业的特点，笔者认为，应该从企业综合绩效评价体系的理论依据、增加有关智力资产的评价指标、经济增加值引入绩效评价体系等几个层面完善我国国有企业业绩评价体系。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the existing problems of the evaluation system of our country＇ s state - owned enterprises, using the research achievements of the Western performance evaluation for reference, and considering the special features of those enterprises, the author thinks that to perfect the evaluation system of the performance for our country＇s state-owned enterprises shall start from these levels such as the theoretical basis of evaluation system for comprehensive achievement, the evaluation targets of intelligent assets added, and the importing achievement of the economic increasing value. |
