| 摘 要： | 在高等教育国际化大背景下 ,面对越来越激烈的高等教育竞争 ,地方师 对地方师范院校办学特色的思考 范院校的生存策略必然指向办学特色。地方师范院校办学特色主要由前瞻性的办学理念、准确的办学定位、特色的学科专业建设和优良的学生素质等成分构成 ,它们有助于地方师范院校优化人才成长环境、有助于学校的发展和丰富教育教学理论

| Abstract: | In the great background of the internationalized higher education and the competition of higher education becom fiercer and fiercer,local teachers colleges and universities' existing strategies should be pointed to the features of running a school.Local teachers colleges and universities' features mainly consist of foreseeable concepts,precisely fixed position,characteristic subject construction and high quality of students.They assist the local teachers colleges and universities in optimizing the environment of the students' growing up,the colleges and universities development and the enrichment of the education and teaching theories. |
