广西建设民族文化强区应以社会主义核心价值体系为核心并着力推进哲学社会科学理论创新。人的发展经济学作为哲学社会科学理论创新的新亮点，在具备组织优势、平台优势、团队优势和政策优势的基础上，广西应把人的发展经济学研究作为抢占哲学社会科学理论创新制高点的重要突破口。通过加强政策支持，深化研究队伍建设、平台建设，提升人的发展经济学研究的有利地位，把人的发展经济学研究与广西社科研究高度融合，促进哲学社会科学理论创新工程立项等措施，扩大广西在全国理论创新的知名度，提升文化软实力。

On the Theoretical Innovation of Philosophy and Social Sciences and the Building of a Strong Region in Ethnic Culture of Guangxi--Based on the Perspective of Economics of Human Development

The construction of a strong region in ethnic culture of Guangxi should be based on the socialist core value system and strive to promote the theoretical innovation of philosophy and social sciences. The economics of human development is the new highlight of the theoretical innovation of philosophy and social sciences. Therefore, based on the advantages of organization, platform, team and policy, Guangxi should take economics of human development as the breakthrough to seize the commanding heights in theoretical innovation of philosophy and social sciences. Guangxi should en- large its publicity in the field of theoretical innovation and elevate its soft power of culture by intensif- ying the policy support, deepening the construction of team and platform, upgrading the vantage point of economic research for human development, largely blending economic research for human de- velopment and research of social sciences, accelerating the approval for projects of philosophy and so- cial sciences in theoretical innovation and so on.
