| 摘 要： | 高校校园文化建设对提高人才培养质量具有非常重要的作用，而校园精神文化建设是校园文化建设的核心内容。高校学生党建是校园文化建设的重要组成部分，其精神文化部分是校园精神文化的组成部分。高校学生党建与校园精神文化建设的关系是互相促进的关系，加强高校学生党建工作有利于促进校园精神文化建设，加强校园精神文化建设也有利促进高校学生党建工作。高校要采取有效措施加强学生党建和校园精神文化建设。

| Abstract: | The cultural construction in university campus plays an significant role in improving the quality of the personnel.The spiritual construction in campus is the core content of cultural construc-tion.Party construction for university students is the important part of campus cultural construction whose spiritual part is the element of campus spiritual culture.Party construction for university students mutually promotes campus spiritual and cultural construction.Universities should take steps to strengthen party construction and campus’s spiritual and cultural construction for students. |
