| 摘 要： | 西方翻译研究由来已久，但多年来未能形成独立的学科理论体系。进入21世纪，翻译研究综合性和跨学科性特点更加凸显。西方古典和现代修辞哲学翻译观，为从修辞哲学视角进行翻译研究提供了可能。研究结果表明：修辞哲学视角下翻译研究的内容应包括修辞和翻译主体的研究、意义阐释过程的研究和知识构建过程的研究。

| Abstract: | The study of translation has a long history in the west,but it fails to construct an indi-vidual theoretical system.With the entry into the 2 1 st century,the study of translation is character-ized by its features on interdisciplinary comprehensiveness.Based on the views of classical and modern rhetoric philosophy about translation,this paper elaborates on the feasibility of translation study from philosophy of rhetoric.It reveals that the research focus consists of three parts：the study on the sub-j ects in rhetorical and translation activities;the study on meaning as a process of interpretation;and the study on reconstructing knowledge in translation. |
