教师职前教育中学科专业与教师专业“分离式”培养的课程改革浅探

摘    要:学科专业培养与教师专业培养分离的教师职前教育人才培养模式需要构建与之相适应的课程体系。在"学科教育 教师教育"框架内实行的分离式人才培养,在课程设置上,应把教育类课程作为一个独立的课程模块单列,并提高教育类课程在整个课程体系中所占比例,同时根据教师专业化发展的要求对教育类课程进行改革,优化课程结构、拓展课程类型、更新课程内容、强化实践课程,从而构建与基础教育改革和教师专业化要求相适应的分离式教师教育课程体系。

Abstract:The mode of teachers pre-service education,which seperates professional training for subjects from profesional training for teachers,demands a proper curriculum system.We should adopt a separate-type in teachers education in the framework of "Subjects Teaching Teachers Teaching",while on the arrangement of curriculum,we should set the courses on pedagogy as a separate curriculum,and increase the proportion of these courses in the whole curiculum.Meanwhile we should reform the courses on pedagogy according to the need of the development of teachers' specialization,optimize the structure of the curriculum,expand the types of curriculum,update the content of the curriculum,enhance the practice courses,thereby establish a separate-type teachers education curriculum system,which accomodates the reform of basic education and the need of teachers' specialization.
