民族地区高师英语专业教育实习问题与对策

摘    要:教育实习是职前英语教师必经的实践教学环节,对提高毕业生的质量、促进就业、缩短岗位适应周期都非常重要。由于课程设置不合理、教育实习时间短、教学技能训练和指导流于形式,民族地区高师英语专业教育实习质量出现下滑趋势,表现为教师职业技能不过硬、现代外语教学理论欠缺、英语语言知识与技能不扎实、教学反思能力低下等。提高教育实习质量的对策包括:狠抓英语语言基本功训练;合理设置外语教师教育课程;加强微格教学技能训练;加强实习指导和监控;丰富实习形式,延长实习时间;加强反思能力培养。

Abstract:Teaching practice, a compulsory link for the pre-service teachers of English, is of importance to improve the quality of graduates, to boost their employment and to shorten their period of position adaptation. The inadequate curriculum, insufficient practice time, formal guidance and training in teaching skills have resulted in the decline of quality of the teaching practice by the English undergraduates in ethnic regions, which can be seen from the poor skills in teaching, the deficiency in modern foreign language pedagogy theories, the poor foundation of language knowledge and skills, the incapability of reflecting on teaching. The suggested solutions include the following: to strengthen the basic training in the English language and skills; to set up courses relating to the teacher development; to intensify the training in mini-teaching skills; to reinforce the practice guidance and supervision; to prolong the time for teaching practice; to develop the students' ability to reflect on their own teaching.
