摘    要:职业韧性是个体在面对职业事件时心理和行为的有效应对过程。其在教师职业生涯高原产生中扮演着重要的角色。提高教师职业韧性,就可以有效应对教师职业生涯高原。因此,可以从提高教师的理性认识、挖掘教师优点、潜能和寻求外部支持、重视培养的过程等角度提高教师的职业韧性。

Abstract:Career resilience, an efficient reflection process in psychology and behavior when individual facing with professional affairs, plays an important role in giving rise to teachers' career plateau. To enhance teachers' career resilience can efficiently deal with teachers' career plateau. Therefore, teachers' career resilience can be improved by promoting teachers' logos cognition, finding out their strong- points and potential, seeking exterior support, and attaching importance to the cultivation nrocess.
