教育实践：反思型教师职前培养的平台

培养反思型教师是教育教学改革、提高教学质量、提升教师素养的需要。但目前高师的职前教师教育课程中还没有反思型教师培养的内容。教育实践是反思型教师培养的理想平台，可以通过引导学生在教育实践中学刁反思理论、研究指导老师反思实践、进行教育反思尝试、探讨教育反思经验、交流教育反思体验、引入科学反思评价等等方式来实现反思型教师培养的目标。
