近十年教学技能研究综述

近十年来 ,教学技能的研究得到很大的发展。教学技能具有综合性、专业性等基本特点。其分类主要依据微格教学需要与传统教学工作体系。随着对教学技能的要求不断更新 ,其分类也在变化与发展。微格教学培训模式需要进一步优化与完善 ,基于现代教学理论的培训方式研究与之相辅相成、互有借鉴。我们要研究新课程和新的教学模式 ,并据此发展教学技能。

A Survey of the Study of Teaching Skills in the Recent Decade

In the recent decade,the study of teaching skills has developed greatly.Teaching skills have some essential characteristics,such as comprehensiveness,specialization and so on.Its classification is on the basis of the need of microteaching and the system of traditional teaching skills.With the changes of new requirements to teaching skills,this classification is also changing and developing. The training models for microteaching need further improvement .They and the study of training modes based on the modern theories of teaching supplement and complement each other.So we should study new curriculums and new teaching models and develop teaching skills according to the study.
