| 摘 要： | 民间外交是指民间进行的带有明确外交目的的对外交往和交流活动。民间外交形式多样,特点鲜明。它与人民外交、国民外交和公共外交等既有联系又有区别。大力开展民间外交是我国总体外交工作中的一个极具特色的重要内容。
