从利益冲突透析群体性事件

伴随着社会的转型和体制的转轨以及经济资源和物质利益的重新分配与调整,群体之间矛盾激化、冲突频发。普通民众的合法权益受到损害,利益均衡打破,利益表达受阻,利益诉求遭遇体制性迟钝,制度化参与空间受挤压。由此造成的非制度化参与的利益表达行为不断衍生,群体性事件时而发生。要消解利益冲突,搭建一个平等的利益博弈平台是解决群体性事件的根本的路径选择。

On Group Incidents from Perspective of Interest Conflicts

Inter-group conflicts intensify with the social transformation,the reallocation of economic resources and the adjustment of material interests.The legitimate rights and interests of ordinary people are damaged.The balance of interests is broken and the expression of interests is blocked.The demands of interests are institutionally obstructed and the room of institutionalized participation is increasingly squeezed.Therefore,there are more and more non-institutionalized behaviors and expression.Mass incidents are occurring from time to time.The best choice to resolve the inter-group conflict is to eliminate conflicts of interests and build a platform of equal interests.
