| 摘 要： | 校园网站因其公益性质而区别于诸多商业网站，但是校园网站的网络链接不当同样可能引发严重的侵权问题。为此从链接的技术角度出发，分类研究高校校园网站链接设置行为可能引发的侵权责任问题，并提出了避免侵权行为的若干措施。

| Abstract: | The campus network is different from other commercial networks due to its public welfare nature.Nevertheless,improper hyperlinks of the campus network may as well lead to serious tort consequences.This paper,based on the technical perspective of hyperlinks,is a classified study of possible tort issues caused by the college campus networks,and it proposes several measures to avoid those tort behaviors. |
