| Abstract: | This paper argues that network unjust competition is the stretch of unjust competition in the society. However, its hidden characteristic exaggerates the harm brought about and makes its application of law special. It is further argued that legislation is the basis, reinforcing supervision and management and strike force is the key to the struggle against network unjust competition. |
