公共信息安全问题的审视与应对

我国社会越来越频繁的公共信息安全问题已经严重影响和干预了人们的社会交往和社会参与，成为影响构建和谐社会的重要因素。当前我国公共信息安全问题主要表现为恐慌性信息频繁蔓延、经济诈骗信息无孔不入、私人信息公共化、恐怖信息明显增多、迷信信息大行其道等方面。因此，必须在健全法律制度的前提下，加强对公共信息传播的监管，打击公共信息传播中的违法行为，提高公民的现代信息素养。
