农村阶层分化对农村政治发展的挑战和应对——以新农村建设为基点的思考

自改革开放以来，我国的农村社会阶层发生了前所未有的变化，农村政治发展面临着政治参与、利益整合扣政治稳定的挑战，但同时阶层分化也是当前新农村建设的契机。因此，应积极促进农村阶层分化，健全各阶层利益表达机制，完善其政治参与渠道，加强农村各阶层的利益关系整合，合理定位各阶层的政治地位以优化权利配置，从而使阶层分化成为促进农村政治发展的巨大动力。

Challenge of Rural Class Differentiation to Rural Political Development and Its Countermeasure -Thought Based on Construction of New Country

Since the implementation of the policies of reform and opening to the outside,the rural social class in our country had been greatly changed.The rural political development is confronted with the challenges of political participation,interest integration and political stability,and at the same time the class differentiation is also an op- portunity for new country construction at present.Hence,we should speed the rural class differentiation,improve the interest expressing mechanism for classes,perfect the methods for them to participate polity,strengthen the interest integration of all classes in countryside and rationally orient the political position of all classes to optimize right configuration,and sequentially makes class differentiation become a huge power to promote rural political dc velopment.
