| 摘 要： | 中国行为金融理论的研究大致可以分为两个阶段。而相关研究也可以从行为金融理论的综述性研究、对中国股市异常现象的实证性检验和对中国股市投资者心理和行为的具体分析三方面进行综述。其中对中国股市投资者心理和行为的具体分析又可细化为关于个体投资者心理及行为的研究和关于群体投资者心理和行为的研究两部分。

| Abstract: | China's behavioral finance theoretical research could be divided into two periods. And the correlative researches can be summarized from three aspects: overview research of behavioral finance theories, verifying tests of the abnormity of China's stock market, and analysis of individual investor's mind and behavior. And the last one could be detailed into research of individual investor's mind and behavior and of mass investors' mind and behavior. |
