| 摘 要： | 从某种意义上说，“失信”是任何商品经济社会都存在着的一种客观现象，在社会主义市场经济条件下的我国社会，诚信问题仍然是一个不能回避的现实问题。在分析了诚信缺乏的主要原因，诚信与法治的关系的基础上，指出了我国法律信用规范和信用制度建设的必要性。

| Abstract: | In a sense,"breaking faith" is a kind of objective phenomenon that exists in any commodity economical society.Under social market economic condition,the issue of credibility is still an inevitable problem in our country.Based on analyzing the main reasons of the absence of credibility and the relationship between credibility and rule of law,this paper indicates the necessity of constructing legal credit criterion and credit system in our country. |
