| 摘 要： | 随着科技园区在世界各地的蓬勃发展，国内外学者开始研究科技园区发展的理论支撑，为科技园区的建设与发展提供理论阐释。首先对国内外关于科技园区发展的基础理论进行了梳理，在此基础上，再对这些理论进行了评价，分析了现有理论的不足，并进一步提出了研究建议。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of the sci-tech park all over the world,the foreign and domestic scholars begin to study the theoretical support of the development of sci-tech parks and provide the theoretical explanation for the construction and development of sci-tech parks.First,this paper analyzes the basic theory of the development of sci-tech park at home and abroad.Secondly,the paper makes the evaluation on these theories,points out their deficiencies,and proposes the suggestion for further research. |
