摘    要:近几年,公务员报考人数年年激增。虽然有利于政府吸纳优质人才,提高依法行政效能,但同时也带来一些负面影响,诸如行政成本上升、价值导向出现偏差、人才配置畸形等。这主要是公务员与其他行业利益失衡、权力本位文化、劳动就业体系不健全等因素造成的,故应加快市场经济的发展,促进人才分流机制的完善,重塑公共行政精神,完善劳动就业体系等。

Abstract:In resent years,the number of candidates for public servants has increased greatly every year.It is good for government to absorb more talents and promote administrative efficiency according to law,but at the same time it brings some negative effects,such as the rise of administrative cost,the warp of value orientation,abnormality of talents disposition,and so on. This phenomenon is caused by the benefit unbalance between public servants and other occupations,the culture of center of authority and the morbidity of employment system.Hence,we should speed the development of market economy,perfect mechanism of forking talents,rebuild the spirit of public administration and improve employment system.
