| Abstract: | With the rapid development of the technology of computer and network,the civil legal relation in cyberspace takes on some characteristics which make it different from the traditional civil legal relation,so its essential factors need to be reinterpreted and the logic for constructing the civil legal relation in cyberspace should be probed,which is just the demand and embodiment of the civil ordes in cyberspace. |
