| 摘 要： | 推进决策科学化民主化是党的十六大提出的一项重要任务。而电子政务的发展则为新时代推进行政决策科学化民主化提供了良好的契机。现阶段必须通过转变领导观念,加强信息管理部门,完善决策支持系统和数据库系统,加强教育培训以及创新决策制度、程序、方式方法等措施,以电子政务的发展促进行政决策科学化民主化。

| Abstract: | It is a crucial task proposed during the 16th NCCPC that we should put decision-making on a more scientific and democratic basis. And promoting e-government is the best key. At present stage, we should promote the act by develop e-government in ways of changing leading concept, strengthening management in information sections, perfecting decision-making support system and data system. |
