| Abstract: | This paper proposes the formulating and improving a legal mechanism for Shanghai Cooperation Organization＇s regional economic cooperation. In line with the theory and practice of international economic law including regional economic integration, this paper analyzes and demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of legal regulation of international economic activities under the framework of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in Central Asia and even in west and south Asia. |
