浅析新疆与中亚经济合作及其发展战略

新疆已经成为中国与中亚国家对外经济合作的聚合点，在中亚经济合作上面临着机遇和挑战。经济合作过程中还存在着政府引导、推进作用发挥不足、基础设施建设比较落后、资金短缺等诸多难点和制约因素。进一步加强新疆与中亚经济合作要创新发展理念，加强能源合作战略协调，从投资环境、人才培养、基础设施和口岸建设等方面着手做好各项工作。

Study on Economic Cooperation Between China and Central Asia and Their Foreign Economic Development Strategy

Xinjiang has become the joint connection of external economic cooperation of China and Central Asian countries. The economic cooperation in Central Asia is facing both opportunities and challenges. The guide and promoted role played by government is inefficient, construction of infrastructure is relatively backward and the funds am short. These are the issues and diffieuhies during the process of economic cooperation.To further strengthen the concept of innovation and development of economic cooperation between Xinjiang and Central Asia, to strengthen strategic coordination of energy cooperation, we need to do a good job from the investment environment, personnel training, infrastructure and port construction work.
