| 摘 要： | 自汉代开始的新疆屯垦管理制度，经唐、清等统一中央王朝的发展，体制趋于完善，屯垦形式向多样化发展。促进新疆屯垦体制变革的动力是历代中央王朝对新疆屯垦制度变革政治预期收益的外因与经济和社会预期收益的内因共同作用的结果。正是在内外因素的影响下，新疆屯垦管理制度逐步发展和完善，至清代已经形成了一个相对成熟的管理体系。

| Abstract: | The administration system of ＂Station Troops to Open up Watesteland＂ of the succeeeive dynasties in Xinjiang, which has been started from Han Dynasty, The forms of the system has been developed into diversity after the development of Tang and Qing Dynasty. The motive power that improved the transformation of the system is the mutual resuh of the external factor, that is, the successive central dynasties＇expected benefits of the polities, and the internal factor, that is, their expected benefits of the economy and society. Because of the influence of both the external factor and the internal factor, the system has been developed and perfected gradually and has formed a relatively matural management system till Qing Dynasty. |
