| 摘 要： | 西州作为唐代前期经营西域的重心,唐政府曾在此进行过广泛的屯田,上自军州,下至镇戍与烽铺,并取得了良好的成效,在巩固边防、扩大农业生产和促进经济文化交流上发挥了重要作用。吐鲁番出土文书充分证明了这一史实。

| Abstract: | Being the heart of the administration of the West Region in the early Tang Dynasty, Xizhou witnessed the large scale opening-up of wasteland by the garrison troops from the army to the garrison posts and beacon towers. The opening-up of the wasteland proved to be effective and played an important role in strengthening national defense, enlarging agricultural production and promoting economic and cultural exchanges. The unearthed documents in Turpan fully testify the historical fact. |
