| 摘 要： | 在社会改革进程中，多元文化的进入在一定程度上对传统公民政治价值产生冲击，使公民政治价值出现目标与现实的差异。如何认识并引导公民政治价值成为和谐社会进程中民主政治建设的重要保障。文章通过对公民政治价值现状和目标现状差异分析，提出公民政治价值建设是民主政治建设的重要方向性保障。

| Abstract: | In the process of social development, multi-culture has certain impact on the traditional citizen political value. It causes the discrepancy between the target and the reality of citizen political value. By analyzing the difference between the target and the reality of citizen political value, this paper proposes that the citizens＇ political value is the main directional guarantee in the construction of a harmonious society. |
