| Abstract: | During the tenth "Five year" plan, our work force will maintain the imbalanced state of supply over demand, whose urban unemployment rate will reach 5%-7%. The fundamental solution to employment lies in development. The paper advances employment policy in the eight aspects of developing vigorously medium and small size of enterprises and labor intensive industry as well as non public owned enterprise, etc. |
