| 摘 要： | 作为中国古代法典范的唐律,对自首制度做了最为详细而全面的规定,形成了完备的自首制度。同时,代表封建正统思想的＂礼＂渗透于唐律,形成了＂礼本刑用＂的礼法关系,＂礼＂对唐律及唐代司法实践具有重大影响。

| Abstract: | The Law of the Tang Dynasty,being one of the ancient Chinese law codes,made detailed and comprehensive stipulations of self-surrender and self-surrender system.Meanwhile,feudalist orthodox thought of ethical codes permeated in the law of the Tang Dynasty,and had great impacts on the judicial practices in the Tang Dynasty. |
