| 摘 要： | 近几年，外商对新疆直接投资总量有所增加，投资地域不断延伸，且投资来源逐步拓宽，投资方式也有明显转变。但由于投资总体规模小，缺乏战略投资商，故而实际利用外商投资对GDP增长和产业结构调整影响非常小。

| Abstract: | Over the past ten years, the total sum of foreign direct investment in Xinjiang has increased and the investment fields have been expanded. Also, the investment sources have been gradually broadened and the way of investment has changed obviously. As the general investment is small in its scale and is lack of the strategic investors, the effects of foreign direct investment on the GDP growth and the readjustment of industry structure are very small. |
