| Abstract: | The legal environment for foreign venture investment in the neighboring countries of Xinjiang are constantly changing in terms of the standard and procedures of examination, proportion of investment and limitation of investment field, guarantee and restriction of free out-remittance of investment principal, profit and other legal gains, investment tax and preferential policies, conditions and compensations of investment nationalization, benefits of investment, and principles and procedures of settling investment disputes. With constant improvement, Chinese venture investment in the neighboring countries will enter a new development. |
